1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Andaza, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Subscriptions Andaza offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and annual) to unlock Pro features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.

3. Free Tier A free tier is available with limited features (up to 5 recipes). No payment is required for the free tier.

4. Refunds Refund requests are handled by Apple and subject to their policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. User Content You retain ownership of any recipes or content you add to Andaza. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content within the app for your personal use.

6. Prohibited Use You may not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer Andaza is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any errors in recipe translations or AI-generated content.
